We'll kick things off with an exclusive preview of Northern Arizona Healthcare's upcoming Mental Health Matters events, giving you early insight into opportunities to engage your volunteers and clients in meaningful, strategic ways.

Then Arianne Hoyt of RCC Flagstaff takes the stage to tackle a critical issue: compassion fatigue. This session goes beyond definitions; offering practical tools to recognize and understand burnout, diving deep into the impact on the mind and body, and providing some actionable steps to prevent and overcome it.
